Anheuser-Busch InBev to Raise as Much as EU6.36 Billion
Nov. 24 (Bloomberg) -- Anheuser-Busch InBev, the brewer created by a $52 billion transaction that was completed last week, said it will raise as much as 6.36 billion euros ($8.05 billion) in a rights offering of new shares.
Anheuser-Busch InBev will sell as many as 986.1 million new shares at 6.45 euros apiece, the Leuven, Belgian-based company said in an e-mailed statement today.
