Amazon.com to Acquire Zappos.com for About $807 Million in Stock
July 22 (Bloomberg) -- Amazon.com Inc. said it agreed to buy Zappos.com Inc., a seller of online apparel and footwear, for 10 million shares. That’s valued at about $807 million, based on the average closing price for the 45 trading days ending July 17, Amazon.com said.
