Bouygues Third-Quarter Profit Gains 27%, Driven by Homebuilding
Dec. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Bouygues SA, the world's second- biggest construction company, said third-quarter profit rose 27 percent, driven by housing projects in France and Europe.
Net income increased to 456 million euros ($673 million) from 358 million euros a year earlier, the Paris-based company said in a statement. Analysts had estimated 413 million euros. The company is raising its full-year sales forecast to 29.25 billion euros from 29 billion euros.
