Sales at stores open more than a year increased 2.1 percent in the week through Dec. 15, the International Council of Shopping Centers and UBS Securities LLC said today in a statement. December sales at stores open more than 12 months may grow 1.5 percent from a year earlier, the group said, matching their earlier forecast.
