Facebook Q4 2013 earnings beat big, mobile now makes up more than half of ad revenues

Facebook has released its results for the fourth quarter of 2013 and the numbers are strong. It posted $2.59 billion in revenue and earnings of 31 cents a share. 

Analysts were looking for Facebook to pull in $2.33 billion in revenue with earnings of 27 cents a share. That compares to $1.59 billion and 17 cents a share for the same period last year. Με διάταγμα η μείωση μισθών ΣΚΤ

Στο πρωτοφανές μέτρο της μείωσης των μισθών των υπαλλήλων της συνεργατικής κεντρικής τράπεζας με διάταγμα προχώρησε σήμερα το υπουργείο οικονομικών. 

Το υπουργικό διάταγμα προνοεί μείωση των αποδοχών και ωφελημάτων του προσωπικού της ΣΚΤ και καθορίζει τη συμμετοχή του κράτους στο συνεργατισμό σε ποσοστό 99%. 
Με βάση το διάταγμα, μειώνονται κατά 3% οι... ακαθάριστες αποδοχές των υπαλλήλων της 
ΣΚΤ. 

Το διάταγμα προνοεί επίσης κλιμακωτές μειώσεις μισθών από 0 μέχρι 25% μετά από ακαθάριστες απολαβές €13 χιλ. 

Προνοείται επίσης η μείωση των εισφορών του εργοδότη κατά 7%, «ποσοστό το οποίο υπολογίζεται στο σύνολο των ακαθάριστων αποδοχών όπως προκύπτει μετά την μείωση που αναφέρεται πιο πάνω». 

Η έκδοση διατάγματος ακολουθεί την αποτυχία των διαπραγματεύσεων με την ΕΤΥΚ, η 
οποία εκπροσωπεί τους 300 υπαλλήλους της ΣΚΤ. Οι 2700 υπάλληλοι των συνεργατικών πιστωτικών ιδρυμάτων αποδέχθηκαν εθελοντική μείωση των μισθών κατά περίπου 15%, που επίσης θα εφαρμοστεί κλιμακωτά.

Ενδείξεις σταθεροποίησης στις τράπεζες

Ενδείξεις σταθεροποίησης του χρηματοπιστωτικού συστήματος δίνουν νέα στοιχεία της Κεντρικής Τράπεζας, που δείχνουν μικρή μείωση των καταθέσεων και των δανείων. 

Οι καταθέσεις στο χρηματοπιστωτικό σύστημα το Δεκέμβριο του 2013 μειώθηκαν κατά €165 εκ., σύμφωνα με την Κεντρική Τράπεζα. 

Παρά τη μείωση, οι καταθέσεις των κυπρίων σημείωσαν άνοδο για δεύτερο συνεχή μήνα, ενώ μικρή αύξηση σημειώθηκε και στις καταθέσεις των κατοίκων τρίτων χωρών....
