Αύξηση κεφαλαίου €220 εκ. από την Ελληνική Τράπεζα

Το ΔΣ της Ελληνικής Τράπεζας αποφάσισε την αύξηση του μετοχικού της κεφαλαίου κατά €220 εκ. με στόχο ο δείκτης κύριων βασικών ιδίων κεφαλαίων της να φθάσει το 13,2%. Οι μεγαλομέτοχοί της, Third Point και Wargaming δεσμεύτηκαν γραπτώς να ασκήσουν τα δικαιώματα προτίμησης που τους αναλογούν, αναφέρει σημερινή ανακοίνωση.

Aντισυνταγματικά τα νομοθετήματα για εκποιήσεις

Αντισυνταγματικά έκρινε πριν από λίγο το ανώτατο δικαστήριο τα νομοθετήματα που ψήφισε η βουλή σε σχέση με τις εκποιήσεις ενυπόθηκων ακινήτων. 

Η απόφαση του ανωτάτου ήταν ομόφωνη. 

Για τα εν λόγω νομοθετήματα είχε κάνει αναφορές ο πρόεδρος της Δημοκρατίας Νίκος Αναστασιάδης.

Η Fed τερματίζει τις «ενέσεις ρευστότητας» στην αμερικανική οικονομία

Η Ομοσπονδιακή Τράπεζα των ΗΠΑ (Fed) ανακοίνωσε ότι θέτει τέλος στο έκτακτο πρόγραμμα υποστήριξης της αμερικανικής οικονομίας, ενώ ταυτόχρονα άφησε αμετάβλητα τα επιτόκια, που παραμένουν πολύ χαμηλά, κοντά στο μηδέν. 

Επικαλούμενη την ενίσχυση της οικονομίας και τη βελτίωση των συνθηκών στην αγορά εργασίας, η Fed θα σταματήσει, όπως ήταν αναμενόμενο, τις μηνιαίες "ενέσεις ρευστότητας". 

Υποσχέθηκε επίσης ότι θα αφήσει αμετάβλητα τα επιτόκια για "αξιοσημείωτη χρονική περίοδο", όμως πρόσθεσε ότι εάν παρατηρηθεί γρηγορότερη πρόοδος στον τομέα του πληθωρισμού και της απασχόλησης μια πρώτη αύξηση των επιτοκίων...

Ποινή φυλάκισης 5 μηνών στον Χριστόδουλο Χριστοδούλου

Σε πέντε μήνες φυλάκιση καταδίκασε σήμερα το Επαρχιακό Δικαστήριο Λευκωσίας τον πρώην Διοικητή της Κεντρικής Τράπεζας, Χριστόδουλο Χριστοδούλου, ο οποίος έχει ήδη προβεί σε παραδοχή σε έξι κατηγορίες, που αφορούν αδικήματα φορολογικής φύσεως.

Επίσης επέβαλε και στην εταιρεία του κ. Χριστοδούλου (A.C Christodoulou Consultants Ltd)  χρηματική ποινή ύψους 13.500 χιλιάδες ευρώ...

Τα αποτελέσματα των stress tests

Κεφαλαιακό πλεόνασμα παρουσιάζουν οι τρεις από τις τέσσερις τράπεζες της Κύπρου που συμμετείχαν στα πανευρωπαϊκά stress tests, με την Ελληνική να παρουσιάζει κεφαλαιακό έλλειμμα €176 εκ. 

Στο ακραίο σενάριο η Τρ. Κύπρου παρουσιάζει πλεόνασμα € 81εκ., η Συνεργατική Κεντρική Τράπεζα €331 εκ., και η Russian Commercial Bank €112 εκ.

Αναβάθμιση Κύπρου από S&P

Ο οίκος Standard and Poor’s αναβάθμισε το απόγευμα την Κύπρο σημειώνοντας την αφοσίωση της κυβέρνησης στο πρόγραμμα προσαρμογής και τονίζοντας τη σημαντική δημοσιονομική βελτίωση που έχει επέλθει το τελευταίο διάστημα. 

Ο οίκος βελτίωση τη διαβάθμιση της Κύπρου σε μακροπρόθεσμο εγχώριο και εξωτερικό χρέος κατά μία βαθμίδα στο Β+ και διατήρησε το αξιόχρεο του βραχυπρόθεσμου χρέους στο Β, με σταθερό ορίζοντα.

Apple Reports Q4 2014 Year-End Results: Profit soars as company sells 39M new iPhones

Καθαρά κέρδη της τάξης των €85,6 εκ. ανακοίνωσε ο συνεργατισμός για το πρώτο εξάμηνο του 2014.

Toyota: Ανακαλεί 1,67 εκ. οχήματα παγκοσμίως

Σχέδια Λονδίνου για πώληση του Eurostar
